I have reworked the meta-progression system from the old starter relics to a Moon Runes system, which has similar powerups, but is meant to be more flexible and intuitive. The starting UI flow has also been updated to reflect his.
When starting a run, the player can also select a stage/boss in a new Map menu. There is only one stage available in the demo, but more will be available in Early Access.
Visitors now give pickup items as rewards instead of tokens. Reaching max friendship will also unlock a unique relic that will be added to the pool.
There are also some new relics and reworked relics, so I hope you enjoy this update. As always, I’m open to any feedback or suggestions. Have a great day and stay safe!

- Fix issue when player obtains duplicates of same relic during a level
- Set gamepad mode based on joystick input
- Ignore cloud dynamic opacity when inside shrine
- Added god ray and particles when cloud fuses/spawns for better visibility
- Updated boss mode HUD to display boss name and thinner health bar
- Updated Moonbeam cloud SFX
- Optimized menu refresh performance
