More bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements.

This release will delete currently saved runs due to breaking changes. New runs and existing meta-progression should not be affected. Thank you for your patience!
What’s changed
- Updated pickup range icon
- Fixed missing coin count to include coins at end of level
- Prevent auto pickup for Radish item if player is full health
- Replace Overheal starter token with Shield token
- Added instructions to starter relic menu
- Updated Rush token description
- Fixed enemy telegraph animation issue
- Redesigned Work Phone relic
- Spawn Bunny Ears away from player to avoid unexpected movement speed change
- Updated credits
- Changed color of Intimidation ability to blue to be distinct from enemy attacks
- Refactored stats management system
- Reduced Warrior character to gain 1 stack per 10 enemies defeated with max 30 stacks
- Fixed Ox Mask relic
- Reduced Horned Bat enemy health
- Reduced Bat enemy health and speed
- Adjusted spawn rates/limits in early levels for balancing
- Added Rice Cake Mortar relic
- Remove saved runs from disk for version v1.4.8-beta and older due to breaking changes
